SHIPPING

Orders typically ship 1-3 business days after placing via USPS. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Tuesday latest. We currently only ship within the continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

RETURNS

We offer full refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. A request for return must be sent within the 15 days of purchase to business@houseofwallace1985.com and approval must be given in order to honor a refund, exchange or store credit. Item(s) must not be worn or altered; must be in original condition and must have all tags attached.

All sale, lingerie, active apparel, swim, accessory, jewelry and body items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged.
