SHIPPING
Orders typically ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow carrier another 3-5 days to deliver the package within the continental USA.
Please account for this time frame when placing your order.
Items marked as Pre-Sale or Pre-Order have "estimated" ship dates (this time could change) on product page, they are not currently in stock.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will start the following business day. We currently only ship within the continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We offer full refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days of delivery receive on FULL PRICE APPAREL ONLY items. A request for return must be sent within the 5 days to annie@houseofwallace.com and approval must be given in order to honor a refund, exchange or store credit. Item(s) must not be worn or altered; must be in original condition and must have all tags attached.
Items with Red Tags (RT) that have been removed are no longer returnable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged.
All sale, lingerie, active apparel, swim, accessory, jewelry and body items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
